What is your return policy?
We ask that the item be in its original state - unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of stains and returned within 7 days of receipt for exchange or store credit.
Do you accept international returns?
Yes, we do. However, you're responsible for the cost of return shipping.
How do I return an item?
The item must be returned to us in a saleable condition, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. To process a return or exchange email us at email@example.com. Please be prepared to pay for return shipping.
When do I get my refund or exchange?
When your return has been received and processed by our Return Center, your refund will be returned to the original form of payment. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within one week of receiving returned items. Please allow up to 1 billing cycle for your refund to post back to your account.
Once we receive it and process a refund, you can place a new order online. Since our items are made in limited numbers, we cannot guarantee product availability.
